Please note: All foundation students embarking on BDS Dental Surgery will need to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in the Clinical Student Entry Agreement.
*This route has a longer duration than the other two International Foundation Year routes due to components of the programme delivered at the University’s School of Clinical Dentistry (TUOS) and some of the additional assessment requirements that take place during the summer. Our full semester dates can be found here.
**International students who are progressing to study the BDS Dental Surgery course through the 'University of Sheffield International College' (USIC) route are also required to pay a clinical placement fee in each clinical year of study (Year 2 to 5). This fee is in addition to the University tuition fee.
