The University of Sheffield International College offers courses that are designed to guarantee international students a direct pathway onto a degree course at The University of Sheffield. Whether it’s an undergraduate degree or postgraduate Masters degree, our intensive two- or three-term courses will help you progress onto the degree programme that you want to study.

Our course content is specifically tailored to the degree you’re aiming for, so you’ll study the most relevant modules to your subject area, ensuring that you’re completely prepared for your degree studies when they begin.

When you successfully complete an International Foundation Year or Pre-Masters course, and achieve the required grades, you’ll be offered a guaranteed place on a degree course or taught Masters course at the university.

Undergraduate degree programmes

An extensive range of undergraduate degree subjects will be open to you at the University one you’ve successfully completed your Foundation Year. Our Foundation Year courses offer two pathways to university, depending on the type of subject you want to study at degree level:
