The University of Sheffield was celebrated at the Times Higher Education (THE) Awards 2014 for three awards:

The prestigious awards recognise the University’s extraordinary support for students from across the world, helping them to achieve in their studies and careers.
The accolades also confirm Sheffield as an international centre of excellence and ambition after being voted number one in the UK for Student Experience earlier this year.
Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sheffield, Professor Sir Keith Burnett, said: "To win all three awards is a wonderful achievement and a fantastic way to end such a successful year.”
Now in the tenth year, THE Awards recognise and celebrate the best universities, teams and individuals in UK education. A shortlist of six finalists was drawn up for each of the 18 categories. THE Awards ceremony took place on Thursday 27 November, in London.
